UK DELIVERY
All parcels are sent tracked with signature. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Shipping prices will differ depending on the size and weight of your order. Shipping costs for commission orders will be outlined in your quote. Shipping costs for any item purchased from the online store will be outlined at the point of checkout.

There are times when I will use a different postal service to Royal Mail (e.g: Evri or DPD), you will be notified via email of which shipping service your parcel will be sent with. All orders no matter how large or small will always be sent via tracked delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Prices for delivery to other countries varies grately, depending on weight and size of package.
If you would like to make a purchase/ order a commission piece, please contact me with your location so I can provide you with an accurate postal cost.
All international orders will be sent via tracked delivery.
IMPORT DUTIES AND CUSTOMS
Items sent outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes when the parcel reaches it's destination. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying these costs. I will not be held responsible for any import duties or taxes.
PARCEL NOT RECEIVED?
All parcels are sent via a tracking service, so please use your tracking number to check it's status. It will be possible to find where it is using this method and arrange a re-delivery if necessary.

PACKAGING
All orders are hand packed by myself. A lot of love and creativity goes into designing and constructing my paper flowers, so please be assured that I also spend a lot of time making sure every bloom is packaged safely to ensure it gets to you in perfect condition. Tissue paper and other recyclable materials are commonly used for my packaging, however sometimes bubble wrap is needed to make sure your blooms are perfectly protected for shipping.
RETURNS
Commission or 'made to order' products cannot be returned or refunded. All items are inspected and meticulously hand packaged by myself and photographed before shipping to ensure safe delivery of your custom order. If there are any issues regarding damaged goods, I require the customer to contact me within 7 days of receiving the order with full information of the damage/fault including photographs of the packaging and items inside.
Any refunds are at my discretion and will only be considered if contacted within 7 days of you receiving your order.
DIGITAL PURCHASES
All digital products are sent direct to your email address once the purchase is complete. You should receive it instantly, but please allow up to 24 hours.
