EASY STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO ORDERING
1. REQUEST A QUOTE
Please use the contact page on the website or email me directly at the [email protected]
Please remember to include the date of your wedding anniversary (so we can check booking availability)
and any phototograph's you have of the bouquet/ wedding flowers you would like recreating.
2. REVIEW YOUR QUOTE
Using the information you have provided, I will respond with a detailed quote. It will also include the estimated completion date and a terms and conditions form.
Please have a read over your quote and if there is anything you would like to discuss further ( make changes to size of bouquet, colours etc), please do not hesitiate to get in touch. The more communication we have during this process, the more detailed of a quote I can provide for you.
At The Paper Flower Boutique, I am happy to provide quotes to fit your budget. If a full-scale replica is not within your budget, we can discuss other options like a smaller bouquet, single stems or even a framed piece.
3. HAPPY TO PLACE YOUR ORDER?
Once you are happy with your quote, the deposit that is outlined in the terms and conditions will need to be paid to secure your booking.
I will then schedule in your order and begin the creative process of hand crafting each and every bloom
4. COMPLETION
When your order is complete I will send you final photograph's and any remaining payment will need to be made in full before your order is shipped.
All instructions will be included for handling/ caring for your recreation flowers and it will be lovingly packaged, ready to ship to you

Pricing
Recreation blooms are always priced by the type of flower - per stem
Each bloom ranges in complexity and detail involved, hence why they are not priced by the size of the blooms/ size of bouquet
I pay a huge amount of attention to each and every flower to make sure I achieve as many details as possible to the original bloom. This can be very time consuming, particularly with intricate detailed flowers
When you request a quote, I am more than happy to provide you with a couple of options
For example: A price for a full-scale replica and a price for an alternative
The alternative can be anything from a single stem that represents the main element in your original bridal bouquet, to a smaller posey/ bouquet.
There are even options for a shadow box or framed piece
PRICE GUIDE: Smaller posey/ bouquet usually start from £340 ( 3 feature flowers, 5 stems of foliage).
Larger full- scale replicas usually start from £550 (5 feature flowers 5-7 foliage stems)
All prices depend on which flowers are included, custom colours and quantity. Please have a look at the price guide page for individual stem prices
Packing and shipping
All shipping costs will be outlined in your quote. I use a couple of different postal services depending on the country that I am shipping to.
Once your order is dispatched, you will be emailed with the tracking information. All of the pieces are lovingly packaged and will include a detailed care card.
PACKING: The blooms will either be arranged into a bouquet and hand-tied or they will be packaged as individual blooms (not tied) for you to arrange yourself in a vase/ container of your choice. Either of these options will be arranged with you during the quote period.
Recyclable materials are used where possible to package your flowers safely. However, there are times when bubble wrap will need to be used to help protect the flowers in transit.
Once you receive your flowers, please unwrap them carefully and take the time to read the care card. It includes instructions on how to properly care for your paper flowers and how to fluff up any of the petals that may have flattened slightly during shipping.
